Do I need a GP appointment to use Pharmacy First?

No. Under Pharmacy First, our pharmacists can assess and treat 16 everyday conditions — all free under the HSC, with no GP appointment needed. Just walk in to either branch.

Are prescriptions free in Northern Ireland?

Yes. All HSC prescriptions are free in Northern Ireland. We dispense your prescriptions quickly and efficiently at both our Lisbellaw and Ballinamallard branches.

Do you collect prescriptions from my GP surgery?

Yes. We collect from all five practices at the Erne Health Centre in Enniskillen, Irvinestown Health Centre, and Brookeborough & Tempo Primary Care. Give us a call if you're not sure.

What are your opening hours?

Both branches are open Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00. On Saturdays, Lisbellaw Pharmacy opens 09:00 to 13:00 and Village Pharmacy opens 14:00 to 18:00. We are closed on Sundays and all Public Bank Holidays.
